Tool Maintenance Engineer

Role responsibilities JOB CONTENT 1. Design, trouble shoot, repair service tools dies used in sheet metal operations 2. Trouble shoot, maintain sheet metal operations machines / equipment Hydraulic presses, Electrical Ovens, Spot Welders, Nibbling Machines3. Hands on working to repair / recondition tools dies 4. Maintain the complete Tools Dies Management Systems KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintain Tools Dies in good working condition before issue to the shop floor for production 2. Repair Service of tools dies, sheet meatl working machines - hydraulic presses, ovens furnaces, spot welders etc 3. Trouble shoot when tools dies do not give the required production quality 4. Preventive / Break down maintenance activities for sheet metal working machinery / equipment 5. Maintain the entire tool management system, propose new tools dies, major repair of tools dies and track issues reported from production, take proper corrective / preventive actions on tools dies 6. Develop, reverse engineer the existing tools dies and develop required drawings for future manufacturing of existing tools dies Educational Qualification Diploma Mechanical (Tool Die)
