New Product Development Engineer - BIW

Role responsibilities Extensive experience in design and development 1. BIW 2. Trims 3. Exterior Trims 4. Soft Trims 5. Chassis systems. Strong knowledge of automotive standards, safety requirements and regulations. Minimum 5 years experience in New Part Development. Strong communication skill is mandatory to handle Program Stake Holders Suppliers. Exceptional CATIA V5 Skills. Good Knowledge in Teamcenter Engineering Vismockup. Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others A deep understanding of BIW engineering principles. Understanding of Design rules, standards, and regulations. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work without supervision. Candidate should have min 4 Years in BIW (Body-in-White) Design of structural components (e.g.Door Panels / Body Side Panel/Upper body / Underbody Panels) Must have strong experience in design of passenger car bodycomponents like Roof, Floor, Side body outer/inner, doors, closures etc. Knowledge of BIW DVPs Testing specification Knowledge in Homologation Crash standard Must have relevant experience in Master Sections, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle packaging, Concept creation, assembly processes of various parts. Should have knowledge and understanding of Tooling and manufacturing processes. Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should be able to prepare deliver presentations of the Concepts
