A brief about the role
The selected candidate will undergo the training program for the first 3 Months, after completion of training the candidate will be Seated as Marketing Executive /BDM based on the performance.
The Marketing Executive would require the following skills
Good Communication analytical skills
Sales and negotiating skills
Confident (you ll be doing lots of presentations)
Organized
Ability to make own decisions
Honesty (liars always get caught out)

First 3 months training will be given to the candidate, during the Training period the selected candidate have to deal with direct marketing, Once after completion of 3 months training the Marketing Manager will not involve in direct marketing, Marketing manager role is to manage the team effectively.
