Job Description Review customer existing environments and create a roadmap to get them on Windows 10, Intune, Defender, ATP. Must have the ability to write clear scopes of work and estimates of time required to perform projects. Must have the ability to perform network assessments using RapidFire Tools. Must have the ability to fully document a customer network in IT Glue documentation system. Must be an expert in creating secure operating system images to be used for workstation computer rollouts. Must be an expert using Intune to manage workstations. Must be an expert in writing scripts to automate workstation tasks like adding software, removing software, configuring settings, etc. Active Directory Server Administration. Exchange server Mailbox management. Expert Desktop support. Office 365 Administration. Windows Server Install and support. Backup Administration. Group Policy Objects Basic Network Administration. Azure/AWS Administration. Teams and Slack management. OneDrive and SharePoint Support. ITIL will be an added advantage. MCSE/MCSA certification Professional Skills Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate MCSE/MCSA certification would be a plus Essential requirement Willing to work in dedicated night shift Excellent communication skills
