1. Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities coordinate business generation activities develop customized sales strategies.
2. Maintain knowledge of all company service offerings.
3. Handle a high volume of phone calls while ensuring high-quality service and performance standards.
4. Facilitate sales of services according to company and client requirements.
5. Coordinate with clients to prevent any service discontinuation from their side.
6. Troubleshoot client service issues and schedule field service calls as needed.
7. Schedule client appointments per procedures and document all customer transactions prepare necessary paperwork.
8. Analyze client requirements, assist in preparing service contracts, and facilitate sales.
9. Supervise online chat sales for clients.
Qualification Any Degree
1. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role in the IT industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
