Currently, we are searching for Marketing operations executive to join our growing and

The successful applicant needs a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in either a sales and/or
marketing, lead generation, email marketing. Relevant experience in searching for and
validating prospective clients for the purpose of selling products and/or services would be an
added advantage.
Job Description
Understanding client briefs/details and client s target audiences.
Updating prospect search records, reports, and other important documentation as a part
of checks and controls.
Extracting, searching, cleansing, and adapting prospective client information using
multiple pieces of software/ various available sources.
Proactively identifying data errors and amending accordingly.
Implementing changes to search criteria and brief upon management feedback.
Creating new client search records in coordination with the UK team , up on new client
on-boarding.
Should be able to tweak or suggest changes in search method based on the data
shortage and instructions from UK team.
Ensure cleansing of data, based on several criteria.
Allocate the final sets of data after proper quality check.
Work closely with the team managers to highlight any data concerns or technical
glitches.
Working closely with the data researchers for the follow-ups or timely delivery of data.
Working closely with and our UK team to ensure targets are achieved, high quality
prospects are identified, and any required changes are implemented.
Should be flexible enough to handle any additional task assigned.
The main areas you ll need experience and confidence in are
An eye for detail. The ability to identify mistakes and errors (especially in spreadsheets) is
essential. The ability to forecast the data volumes, suggest enhancements, changes.
Excel skills. We re not going to expect you to understand how to write complicated formulas or
run macro systems. However, you will be editing Excel and Google spreadsheets, formatting
cells, and using filters to get data in order. Experience in this area is essential.
Good communication skills. Our headquarters are in the UK, so it s important you have good
English language skills.
Computer literacy. We use a number of different pieces of software to deliver what we do.
Whilst our systems are intuitive and user friendly (training will be provided), we need the
successful applicant to have experience and be confident in this area.
Well organised. As we work for multiple clients and with a lot of data, it s vital that the
successful applicant works in an organised manner and can multitask. This means being
competent in following workflows, saving things in specific folders, and working to schedules.
The successful applicant needs to be someone that likes to take a methodical approach, doesn t
cut corners, and recognises the value of applying processes to completing tasks.
