Job Description
Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
Assisting with resource allocation and assigning tasks to internal teams
Scheduling meetings/discussions with the Project Manager/Stakeholders to eliminate blockers
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Support project managers and team members to help them complete project tasks
Managing project management documents such as the project plan, schedule, or scope statement upon request.
Key Skills Requirements
Experience in project management and team coordination
Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Experience in software documentation or documentation tools
Good Team player
Good communication skills
At least four years of experience in project coordination, project management roles or software-related fields
