Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
Requirements and skills
9 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
Proven sales track record.
Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non technical staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to build rapport.
Time management and planning skills.
