Interviewing, application processing, expressing all details of positions to candidates to extend job offers, and follow up with employees to ensure job satisfaction. Communicate customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction. Search and contact available candidates to extend job offers or interviews. Utilize proprietary software and data to reach out to potential candidates and communication actions with team members. Reach out current customers and prospects to maintain and create new business Allow your drive and focus to be channeled into a potential growth opportunity within an organization that emphasizes customer service, determination, and creativity. Qualifications Minimum 6 months to 1 years of US Staffing experience Must possess strong time management and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal, phone, and communication skills are key facet of the position. Recruiters must be goal driven and possess ability work by themselves and with a team to achieve success. Ability to maintain drive and performance through changing work environments. Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform a variety of new tasks. Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in a variety of roles and functions. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Must have the flexibility to work up to 40-50 hours per week.
