Responsibilities
Quality check for tech time entries and time sheets for all the Engineers on daily basis and notify errors if any.
Expertise in Adhoc Invoicing in Connect Wise.
Optimizing the time entries with respect to revenue and rapport generation.
Expertise in invoicing Onsite time entries.
Azure bill calculations and invoicing.
Undertakes Mass Agreement billing on the start of the month.
Collection of billing data from supplier Portals.
Investigating and risk mitigation in invoicing.
Documenting the processes and publishing to entire company.
Abiding by Entrepreneurial Operating systems rules and regulations.
Working closely with and reporting to Admin Lead.
Member of the team working with the Director.
