Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a deep understanding of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ERP solutions.
Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with the presales and technical teams to provide tailored ERP solutions to clients.
Monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor and track progress against goals.
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve their targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
5 years of sales experience with ERP solutions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain).
Experience in odoo will be an added advantage.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals in a competitive environment.
