Role Overview
Your Tasks What You can Expect as Sr. Executive- Customer Support and Services (f/m/d)
Help customer in doing the difficult matchings. Provide recipe.
Support customer in doing proofing on the press.
Help Bangalore CMC team in shade matchings and production .
Conduct trials of process colours and coatings.
Strong liaison with Print Support Teams to resolve customer complaints

Diploma in Printing.
Subject matter expert in shade matching. Should be good in documentation.
