Job Description
Conduct lab experiments for the synthesis of new polymers on assigned projects.
2. Synthesize polymer and characterize as per experimental design input. Apply scientific principles to design and to solve technology problems.
3. Produce experimental inks and evaluate its characteristics. Report, discuss the results with the stakeholders regularly to achieve the goal within the allowed timeframe.
4. Conduct the industrialisation of the newly developed product in order to guarantee the quality consistency and the technology transfer to the final users.
5. Integrate technology trends, patents and markets in the development of new polymers.
6. Produce regular reporting documents with appropriate tools, to share the progress of the project in the most logical, clear and documented style.
7. Participate to interface meetings with business units so as to share knowledge and experiences with other teams and departments inland and abroad.
8. Ensure that professional laboratory practices are maintained, such as laboratory book, appropriate level of housekeeping, and proper calibration state of the measuring equipments.
9. Ensure that the security rules are applied in all circumstances. Work in close collaboration with BU team members, so as to optimise the impact of the role.
Your Profile What do You bring as Sr. Executive- Polymer (f/m/d)
1. Master degree in Chemistry science or polymer chemistry
2. Good command of English both spoken and written
3. One / two years polymer development experience preferably in ink, coating and adhesive industry.
4. Good coordination and interpersonal skills
