Job Description
Relevant years of experience in the CRO/FTE/Pharma industry with a proven track record in business development
Clear understanding of BD principles, strategy, and design
Experience in managing RFI/RFP/RFQ and collaborators visits
Have a passion for marketing and investment as well as being open to continuous learning and education
Strong knowledge of marketing software tools such as Hub spot, Google Analytics, SEMRush
Creative thinking to spot new customers and growth opportunities
Ability to troubleshoot problems and keep commitments/timelines
Be highly organised with the ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment
Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture
Self-motivated with initiative to reach challenging targets
Outstanding business writing and proofreading skills
