Roles and responsibility
Coordinate with the policy issuer and dealers for claims settlement and documentation.
Address and resolve technical issues related to the claims processing system.
Engaging with customers resolve their queries related to claims processing.
Comply with regulatory and risk management controls, corporate policies, procedures, and claims guidelines.
Develop, maintain, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports related to claims processing, performance metrics, and operational efficiency
Effective communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Proficiency in Excel and data management.
