esponsible for achieving the fund raising targets - personally initiate tie-ups with HR in assigned area - with special focus on closing deals / donations and achieving set targets through corporate employees as per the objectives of the organization. -Responsibilities for coordinating /facilitating volunteering engagements with corporate employees. -Responsible for conducting various fundraising initiatives with corporate employees. This involves presentations to be given to employee groups. -Assist Regional Head in generating leads for acquiring new corporate donors, maintain relationships with existing donors and donor servicing. -Monitor achievement of Fund Raising targets and obtain information on best practices/success stories from team members to build capabilities and increase fund generation. -Co-ordinate internal communications and awareness of organization direction, mission, aims and activities. Circulate EDMs, Messengers, Success stories, Posters to the employees. -Focus on branding and PR and lead talks for cause related marketing initiatives, affiliate marketing and payroll giving with corporates and support networks .
