Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via email, chat, and voice support.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers issues.

Proven customer support experience or experience for a minimum of 1 years.
Proficiency in Hindi speaking is mandatory
Fluent in English language skills (spoken written)
