Working in various activity areas (POS, rides, video games, soft play, bowling lanes) Providing assistance to customers.
Needs to maintain SOPs Ensuring Service standards.
Cashiering Stock Management.
Upkeep and Maintenance of hygiene in the store.
Proper personal grooming Best behavior with guest. Handle the customers effectively on floor/POS/Rides/Play Area with no complaints.
Effective coordination and communication with colleagues
To have complete knowledge of all operations related SOP s.
Being an Ambassador of the brand.
Providing a safe and hassle free environment for Customers
Educational Qualifications
Preferably PUC /HSc /Graduate in any discipline.
Key Skills required
Good communication skills and a pleasing and sporty personality.
