Job Description
Understand clients profile and requirement and give proper guidance and product.
Talk to clients through calls, email and face to face discussion
Handle a team in reaching the monthly targets. Team motivation and training, report generation.
Counsel the clients on immigration policies and eligibility, pertaining to their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility and their chances of immigration.
Interact with professionals / clients in person or tele calling and assist them with the overseas process.
Closing the sale by helping guiding clients on their expectations and requirements and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities (taking into account all the eligibility factors).
Generate feed backs from clients and prepare your daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
