Role and Responsibilities
Maintaining proper filing of all HR related documents,
Managing HR/ Admin work, like -Travel helpdesk,- coordinating the recruitment process,- employee communication program, -coordinating training programs, -employee relations /welfare.
Qualifications
MBA / PGDBM with speciation in HR, 2016 / 2017 pass out
Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal with people, proficient at MS Office (especially Excel), must be a team player. Should be highly organized, willingness to learn. Good interpersonal skills. A Can do approach to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.

Certification in HR Systems/ Automation
