Job Description
1. Customer servicing which includes Renewals, ULIP transactions, Claims processing and all other policy related servicing
2. Coordination with HO for various policy servicing process customer complaint resolutions
3. New business scrutinizing and preliminary medical/Non-medical underwriting Processing
4. Co-ordinating with HO for issuance of insurance proposals sourced at branch
5. Cash/cheque transactions in system with proper reconciliation and deposition at bank
6. Agency servicing and Life advisor servicing with comply to IRDA norms
7. Comply with company strategic target such as ECS conversion, Online policy Servicing, E-Mail Go green consent collection, Stale cheque cases clearance, Surrender retention etc.
8. To have error free operational branches and innovative practices each time to serve the customers in the best possible manner
9. Ensure 100 compliance and adherence to SOP, Adherence to Anti Money Laundering (AML) guidelines and Compliance management of company
10. To have a business driven function and coordination with sales for smooth functioning of branch
