Position Summary
eInfochips primary market is Technology and Products Companies based out of USA. A Team of Sales Managers and Engineering Managers based out of USA procure Projects for development of complete Product Life Cycle or for a part of a Products Life Cycle. To engineer these Products from Ahmedabad eInfochips is looking for Technical Manager to lead a team of Engineers that are focused in the delivery of Product Engineering Services Market.
Key Responsibilities
- The Technical Manager is a key position in the Engineering Business Unit.
- The TM plays a leadership role in driving the engineering responsibilities on Technical and Managerial front as per the Statement of Work (SOW) signed with the Clients from USA and Other Global Geographies.
- Key objectives for this role is to ensure Timely and Quality Delivery of Projects in hand, includes Client management through weekly Project review calls and impersonal meetings, Team Management (PIP, PR and Overall Management), Project Management and Technical Management.
Experience Required
o Drive 10 people team.
o Architecture definition, detailed design complete software development cycle.
o Drive project technically experience working on all stages of project development lifecycle.
o Experience in Customer Relationship Management should be able to set manage customer expectations.
Technical Requirement of this role need experience in following skill set
o JAVA JSP and Open source experience
o Strong on spring, struts and hibernate
o Platform Experience is must like SAS E-commerce Cloud Web based Application etc.
o MVC and framework
o Knowledge of design patterns
o Knowledge of Caching mechanism and having thoughts on Scalable architecture
o Messaging Middleware knowledge
o AngularJS and Node JS preferred
o Apache technology familiarity
