The KRA included smooth and profitable operation of cinemas, F B Operations, vendors, overlooking project work of upcoming requirements, procuring all required license for operations, conceptualising and implementing all marketing strategy for Cinemas, new and innovative F B product development, upkeep of the property within the agreed AOP budget, recruitment, and coordinating with all internal functions.
