5) Achieving monthly annual targets on regular basis.
6) Handholding of team members on regular basis on all the parts of business generaton.
Annual Target for promotion
Annual target is just 5.2 Lacs of business in a year. where in traditional plans has weightage of 150 in login, and by achieving the target even you can get promotion with in 1st 6 months of joining.
