Technical Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Project Lead with hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong full-stack development skills with technical leadership, team coordination, solution design, and project execution capabilities. The role involves working closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications. Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Develop responsive, reusable, and scalable user interfaces using React.js. Design application architecture, define technical standards, and recommend appropriate technology solutions. Develop and maintain microservices-based applications and integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems. Conduct code reviews, identify technical risks, and ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Break down requirements into development tasks, estimate effort, assign work, and monitor progress. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure effective unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and production releases. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support root cause analysis and resolution. Monitor project progress, manage technical dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Mentor team members, encourage knowledge sharing, and promote continuous technical improvement. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
