QA Automation Engineer

Way.com is looking for a hands-on Automation QA Engineer to drive test automation across our products. This is a pure automation role focused on building scalable frameworks, expanding automated coverage, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and related tools. Develop automated UI, API, integration, regression, and smoke tests. Automate critical end-to-end customer and business workflows. Convert manual regression scenarios into automated test suites. Integrate automation into CI/CD and GitHub pipelines. Identify and eliminate flaky tests and automation failures. Build reusable and maintainable automation components. Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to identify automation gaps. Leverage AI-assisted coding and AI tools to improve automation development, debugging, test creation, and productivity. Track and report automation coverage, execution results, defects, and progress.
