Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with strong expertise in AI / GenAI technologies to build intelligent automation frameworks and next-generation quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong automation testing experience with hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI integrations to enhance testing efficiency and enable smart, scalable automation systems. Key Responsibilities Automation Quality Engineering Design and develop robust automation frameworks for web applications using Selenium or Playwright Implement scalable test automation strategies to improve quality and coverage Perform API automation and validation for backend services Analyze test results, debug issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables AI GenAI Integration Build and integrate AI-powered automation solutions using LLMs and Generative AI Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines Integrate OpenAI APIs or similar AI service providers into automation workflows Design and manage vector databases for semantic search and retrieval Frameworks Development Develop workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for LLM orchestration Write scalable, reusable, and efficient code in Python or Java Build intelligent automation utilities leveraging prompt engineering and embeddings Cloud DevOps Enablement Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth automation deployment Collaboration Innovation Work closely with QA, DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams to enhance testing strategies Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, automation, and quality engineering Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
