Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, DevOps, and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the expected quality.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, hands-on experience with Agile project management, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects covering scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, success criteria, and execution plans.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical project plans.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Developers, QA, Architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive timely resolution.
Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Manage technical dependencies across applications, APIs, databases, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
Coordinate releases, deployments, migrations, integrations, and production rollouts.
Establish project governance, reporting, documentation, and communication processes.
Monitor resource allocation, project budgets, and delivery metrics.
Ensure appropriate quality, security, compliance, and change-management processes are followed.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to senior management.
Facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
