Job Description
We are looking for a QA / Test Engineer with 2 3 years of hands-on testing experience who has a strong testing mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to independently explore applications and identify issues.
Key Responsibilities
Understand requirements and quickly learn new business domains.
Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability etc.
Design and execute test scenarios and test cases, including edge cases.
Identify functional defects, requirement gaps, usability issues, and potential performance problems.
Challenge requirements and identify missing or unclear scenarios.
Log, track, and follow up on defects through closure.
Maintain test cases, test results, defect reports, and QA documentation.
Work closely with developers, business teams, and customers to clarify and resolve issues.
Use GenAI tools to improve test-case generation, scenario identification, test data creation, and QA documentation.
Required Skills
2 3 years of software testing / QA experience.
Strong knowledge of testing concepts and exploratory testing.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong find the defect mindset.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps etc
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to learn new domains and technologies quickly.
