What s important to us We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment Lead to drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a growing software development organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technology hiring, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and recruitment team leadership, with a proven ability to attract and hire high-quality technical talent across multiple technology domains. This role focuses exclusively on IT and engineering recruitment, ensuring the organization hires top professionals including software developers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and technology leaders to support business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective IT recruitment strategies aligned with the organization s hiring plans and business growth objectives. Partner with engineering leaders, project managers, and department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities. Manage the full recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Hire for roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Architects, Tech Leads, and Data/AI Engineers. Conduct deep sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms to identify and engage passive technical candidates. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and developer communities. Lead fast-track hiring initiatives to onboard immediate joiners for critical client requirements, niche skill sets, and high-priority roles. Lead and support a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Track recruitment KPIs and team performance in a target-driven environment. Work with technical teams to create structured interview and evaluation processes. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent. Provide regular hiring updates and reports to senior management. Required Skills Competencies Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and engineering hiring practices. Experience recruiting for technologies such as Python/Django, Java/Spring, JavaScript (React, Node.js), .NET, DevOps/Cloud, AI/ML, and Data Engineering. Expertise in Naukri and LinkedIn deep sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and talent mapping. Ability to build long-term candidate relationships and professional networks. Experience working in a target-driven recruitment environment with defined hiring KPIs. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor recruitment teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
