Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including
Sprint Planning
Daily Standups
Sprint Reviews
Retrospectives
Backlog Grooming sessions
Drive execution and ensure sprint commitments are tracked and delivered on time.
Work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, QA, Product Managers, DevOps, and stakeholders to coordinate priorities and dependencies.
Identify risks, blockers, delays, and execution gaps early, and proactively drive resolution.
Track sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, delivery timelines, and team progress.
Ensure proper JIRA hygiene, sprint tracking, task ownership, and status visibility across teams.
Coordinate release readiness and deployment activities for frequent production releases.
Help improve Agile processes, engineering execution, release discipline, and team collaboration.
Ensure action items from retrospectives and leadership reviews are tracked to closure.
Maintain visibility into resource allocation, engineering bandwidth, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and present weekly project status updates, risk reports, and execution summaries to leadership.
