Job Description
Own the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, developers, QA teams, architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical project plans.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive timely resolution.
Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Establish project governance, reporting, documentation, and communication processes.
Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and delivery metrics.
Manage technical dependencies across applications, APIs, infrastructure, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
Coordinate software releases, deployments, migrations, integrations, and production rollouts.
Ensure appropriate quality assurance, security, compliance, and change-management processes are followed.
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to senior management and stakeholders.
Facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment between technical and business teams.
Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
