Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support our Repair Maintenance (R M) marketplace by contacting auto repair shops and getting them listed on Way.com.
This role carries a clear monthly quota based on the number of shops successfully listed. While this is not traditional outbound software sales, it is a performance-driven role with commission and defined productivity targets.
You will focus on high-volume outreach, basic qualification, and guiding shops through the listing process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Call auto repair shops and service centers to offer listing on Way.com
Explain the benefits of marketplace visibility and consumer demand
Answer common questions and handle light objections
Collect and verify business information required for listings
Guide shops through the listing or onboarding steps
Maintain accurate activity and listing data in CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed monthly shop-listing quotas
