Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our commercial team and work closely with the Directors to grow our customer base the wider LTS product suite. This is a hands-on role combining pipeline management, customer engagement, and sales support. You will be the engine room of our commercial operations owning outreach, coordinating meetings, maintaining CRM discipline, and supporting the Directors through the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on customer interaction, has strong organisational skills, and wants to grow their commercial career in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Location Technopark Phase 1, Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities
Outreach
Send marketing collaterals, follow-up emails, and nurture sequences to prospective customers
Own communication with leads act as the first point of contact and maintain engagement
Conduct research on organisations and decision-makers to identify new opportunities
Provide industry and customer insights to Marketing to improve collateral quality
Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator to maintain accurate HubSpot pipeline data
