Our software solutions which include an enterprise messaging management system, a SWIFT certified transaction processing system, a post trade processing application and a treasury management system are used by different Financial Institutions and Corporates all over the world.
ECS Fin is looking for Application Support Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2/L3 application support for production and UAT environments
Monitor application health, alerts, and batch processes
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or workarounds
Collaborate with relevant teams and clients to ensure timely issue resolution.
Support deployments, releases, and environment setup
Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
Proactively handle service requests, user queries, and change management activities
Ensure adherence to SLA and incident management processes
Conduct client calls as required to discuss issues, updates, and requirements.
Perform log analysis, database queries, and performance checks
Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations (if required)
