Job Title Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be providing technical customer support to customers in diagnosing, isolating, reproducing and fixing complex technical issues in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong customer service and technical problem solving skills and ultimately someone who embraces challenges.
Resolve customers issues via the telephone, email or remote session
Reproducing issues in-house and responding back in a timely manner
Formulating technical action plans for analysing and resolving problems related to the deployment
Interact with various internal teams such as escalations, engineering and facilitate communication between customers and other teams
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers.
Technical Skills
Configuring, Exposure to deploying, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and administering the following Wireless LAN products and technologies
Wireless Access Points
Wireless Client Associations
Wireless Controllers
Understanding of RF transmissions antenna behaviour
WLAN Security in the areas of authentication, encryption, RADIUS, AAA authentication, EAP, PSK, etc.
Solid working experience with 802.11a/b/g/i standards and knowledge of 802.11n.
analyzers Ability to use protocol tools such as Wireshark, Ethereal.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, IGMP, and Routing (Layer 2 3 communication)
Qualifications
Education Experience
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
2 years of North American facing work experience
