Role Overview We re looking for a Senior marketing operator to become the India-based leader of the non-paid marketing engine. This role sits at the center of our global marketing system driving awareness, SEO, AI search (LLM/GEO), and organic growth partnering with multiple top-tier agencies and in-house teams. You will translate strategy from leadership into flawless execution. This is a player-coach role for someone who knows how to scale brands, command agencies, and move fast with precision. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and drive outcomes across brand, with a primary focus on SEO, LLM/GEO and social, with deep collaboration with the content UGC teams (excluding all paid media buying). Act as the command center for external agencies set direction, review output, enforce timelines, raise the bar. Orchestrate execution between internal marketing teams and global leadership Build and run quarterly roadmaps, weekly execution plans, and delivery reviews including Detailed KPIs for success and tracking against those targets. Personally audit quality of strategy, content, SEO, and AI search visibilityno ivory-tower leadership.
