Addressing Guest Inquiries Providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, and resolving guest issues. Answering Phone Calls Answering and forwarding phone calls promptly and professionally. Handling Payments Processing payments for various services, such as room charges and other purchases. Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable. Communicating with Other Departments Coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and requests. Ensuring Compliance with Hotel Policies Adhering to hotel policies and procedures, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism
