Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Assist in new employee orientation and documentation.
Updating employee records and Maintaining employee databases and files
Reviewing resumes and CVs to identify qualified candidates
Posting job ads Creating and managing job advertisements
Requirements
Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
