ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Assist with talent acquisition- recruitment process
Maintain employee records
Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and college relations programs to help build a candidate pipeline
Help new hires adjust to their new job
Collect and analyze HR metrics to help inform decision-making and strategy development
Review and revise the performance improvement plan forms
Research HRIS systems for cost, benefits, and features
Perform other duties as assigned.
