Mobilizer

Collaborate with SHGs and NGOs to identify and mobilize candidates from EWS backgrounds. Build and maintain relationships with placement offices in educational institutions to collect alumni data for candidate mobilization. Conduct fieldwork to identify suitable mobilization pockets and gain insights into community needs. Conduct enrollment and skill fairs Leverage social media platforms effectively for candidate outreach and mobilization. Provide support and guidance to enrolled students, assisting with registration and orientation. Counsel candidates to explain program benefits, terms, and conditions to drive engagement and enrollment.
