The Telesales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth through direct customer engagement over the phone. Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing products or services, and building interest.
Product Knowledge Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and positioning to effectively communicate offerings to customers.
Sales Conversion Persuade customers to purchase products/services or take desired actions, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Customer Follow-Up Conduct follow-up calls for nurturing leads, addressing customer inquiries, and re-engaging interested customers.
CRM Management Record accurate details of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Objection Handling Address customer objections professionally, providing clear and persuasive responses to enhance customer confidence.
Collaboration and Feedback Work with the sales and customer service teams to improve sales tactics, share feedback, and contribute to team performance.
