Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls Contact potential and existing customers to introduce and sell products or services.
Lead Generation Qualify leads and generate interest through product knowledge and effective communication.
Customer Relationship Building Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant solutions.
Sales Targets Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Product Knowledge Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and market conditions to provide accurate information.
Follow-up and Retention Follow up on sales leads and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
CRM Management Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
