Provide expert advice on network security best practices and industry compliance standards. Collaborate with customers to design network security solutions tailored to their specific needs. Create detailed technical proposals, including network diagrams and security architecture. Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with customer requirements. Gather feedback from customer interactions and share insights with the product development team. Experience with CRM tools and sales processes. Act as a bridge between clients and the sales and technical teams, facilitating effective communication. Customize presentations based on the specific needs and requirements of each prospect. Qualifications Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or MBA Minimum 2 Years experience Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role with a focus on network security (IT infra Products). Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols, and technologies. Experience with security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and endpoint security. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations.
