Carbon Data Reporting - Data Analyst

Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis
1. Collecting data from various sources through Data Refinery such as social media platforms, advertising campaigns apis to feed into the output requirements for Carbon Data Reporting.
2. Cleaning and organising data to ensure accuracy and reliability using tools such as Databricks to transform the data.
3. Analysing data to be able to provide a good understand on how to produce the output required for Carbon Data Reporting.
Reporting and Visualisation
1. Visualising data using tools like Power BI to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
2. Ability to follow a templated design and produce the required outcomes based on the Carbon Data dashboard.
Strategy Development
1. Collaborating with different stakeholders to map the correct fields to the required outputs to produce the Carbon Data Reporting requirements.
2. Understand the end-to-end process of how the Carbon Data Reporting pipelines are build and can support trouble shooting when there are issues or challenges.
Skills
Technical Skills
1. Data Analysis Tools Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python for data manipulation and analysis.
2. Data Visualisation Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar for creating impactful visual representations of data.
3. Database Management Knowledge of database systems and querying languages (SQL) for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
4. Understand Data Refinery or API platform like Adverity in order to support the ingestion of the required data in order to achieve the required Carbon Data Dashboards and Reports.
5. Ability to understand a mapping document and support the stakeholders with completing it for the purpose of generating the Carbon Data Dashboards and Reports.
