As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill our hiring needs. Job Description Recruitment will be the primary responsibility. Ability to communicate and persuade others to support a cause. By analyzing the nature and importance of the requirement, find and recruit potential candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and other methods. Make a cold call to passive applicants and set up an appointment. Shortlisting, screening resumes and job applications. Then Schedule interviews and tests to potential candidates Co-ordinating with Candidates ensuring onboarded smoothly until they join. Required Skills Graduate/postgraduate degrees will be preferred. Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English, as well as mail and telephone etiquette Good time management and organization skills.
