TWS Responsibilities Perform TWS client and server configuration. Create / Modify / configure / delete Jobs based on the received forms. Monitor jobs through its completion. Troubleshoot Jobs and provide required information of job run to the application owners. TWS client agent installs on Linux/Unix servers. Knowledge on segues web client (in place of the native TWS web portal) is used to orchestrate the job scheduling. TWS server installs and upgradation. Dazel Responsibilities Add/remove/modify the print queues in Dazel. Configure print queues onto the system. Troubleshooting knowledge on print queues errors and reach out to respective teams and to IT support to visit onsite to check on the printers physically. Preferred candidate profile At least 5 years experience in Maestro and dazel support Experience with Maestro server configuration and upgradation. Having knowledge on roll back of the delete maestro jobs. Knowledge on Dazel print queues. Requires 24x7 on call support on a rotating basis. Recommend process improvements to existing operational support models.
