Roles and Responsibilities -
Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, exit formalities, and payroll processing.
Oversee HR operations including attendance management, leave management, grievance handling, and performance appraisals.
Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to improve employee retention rates.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to labor laws and company policies.
Analyze MIS reports to identify trends in attrition rates and take corrective action.
Desired Candidate Profile -
5-10 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in administration, attendance management, grievance handling, payroll management, performance management systems (PMS), recruitment/talent acquisition.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution relevant certifications like HRM-CP/PHR would be an added advantage.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects related to HR operations shared services.
