Job Description
At the Group Infrastructure in the IS Central, you will have the responsability
- Responsible of the design, implementation and management of the Internal Platform (Virtualization, Backup and Storage Platform)
- Ensure the availability and Health of the platform and services hosted on the platform
- Contribute to complete automation of the platform to facilate the consumption of the services
- Identify single point of failure and propose mitigations
- Handle Incident, change on the platform
Role responsibilities
- Design, implement and operate the Platform with a focus on security, networking policy, service routing, high availability, observability
- Support applications (Workload Onboarding, Changes, etc)
- Ensure proper health of the virtualization platform with Monitoring and Eventing
- Resolve incidents in coordination with the Incident and Problem Manager
- Plan regular testing of operational processes (Backup, Restore, DRP, etc)
- Create Runbook to automate and resolve incident quickly
- Integrate new Hardware capacity
- Monitor capacity and performance on the platform
