Job Description

Provide expertise in application production for Build Run activities Organize and coordinate all integration work Manage production releases (risks, orchestration, impacts, release management)
Establish technical documentation and document operational processes and procedures Implement automation processes to improve operational efficiency Manage and resolve incidents and issues proactively .
Conduct functional and technical analysis of incidents Define the automation of processes and scheduling chains
